who will take part in this important "C" SERIES project! 

 

"Bonniebrook"... more than a golf course; a way of life!

 

Phase 3A

Following the construction of a bridge crossing the Bonniebrook River in 2007, the street «L’Oiselet» was opened. Twelve new riverside lots of 4000 m2 and eleven beautiful lots facing the hole number three were ready for sale.

These lots were sold in less than a year!

Phase 3B

In April of 2008 the growing demand allowed phase 3B to be activated. Bonniebrook Street is extended to “Rue des Fauvettes”. This new portion of the project offers twenty eight wooded lots of 3000 m2 to 5000 m2 of which twelve are located alongside the breathtaking fourth hole.

Even before the road was constructed, eight lots were already reserved by well informed buyers.

Phase 4A

SPRING 2009

This new phase continues the Bonniebrook Street giving access to Lajeunesse Street and leading to the Nord River Road.  These crossroads are less than four kilometers from the autoroute 15 (exit 41).

Twenty new wooded lots; minimum size of 3,000 square meters are now available for sale at prices between $42,000.00 and $48,500.00 per lot.

The only exclusively controlled housing projet in St-Colomban: mature forest, antique street lights and reduced season passes at the Bonniebrook Golf Club for residents.
